Really liked Bogdan’s classes - he clearly knows his stuff and takes the time to actually be involved in your training, not just stand on the side. You can tell he’s had a lot of experience both boxing and coaching.
Only thing I’d improve is maybe adding a bit more structured warm-up or cool-down, but overall the sessions are great. 👊🏻
